My work focuses on creating robust, scalable, and user-friendly platforms that address the unique challenges of 1:1 device deployments, from procurement and deployment to repairs and comprehensive asset tracking.

• V Suite Pro Platform: Contributing to the development of our all-in-one platform, designed to provide complete coverage for K-12 device lifecycle needs.
• Device Lifecycle Management: Building features that support efficient device procurement, deployment strategies, and robust repair workflows.
• Data-Driven Insights: Working on systems that provide schools with real-time data on device health and usage, enabling proactive management.
• Integration with Google for Education: Ensuring seamless integration with Google Admin console and leveraging Google Cloud for secure, scalable solutions.
• Optimizing School Operations: Developing tools that significantly reduce the time tech teams spend on device logistics, allowing them to focus on educational support.

Highlighting Dream™ Asset Management

A significant part of my work involves supporting and enhancing Dream™ by Vivacity, our proprietary asset management platform built exclusively for K-12 schools. Dream™ is designed to be the central hub for managing Chromebook fleets, offering:

• Real-time insights into device health and usage.
• Geo-tracking capabilities for device location.
• Streamlined workflows for repair and inventory management.
• Proactive tools to prevent device issues and ensure FERPA compliance.
